super-sets

super sets are rather enjoyable because of the money you save. Time is Money right? So when you save time on your weight trainining you're making an investment. I love/hate super-sets. take that in whatever the direction you will, the "fitness" group is "weak" , any thoughts?

    I have had a lot of sucess with super sets the type of super setting I do has me gaining muscle while at the same time losing fat I have lost only 10lbs but I have also gained a lot of muscle and strength.

      I’ve been having alot of luck with tricep-extensions and hammer-curls in sucession. I’m more ab focused these days with my supersets and by the end of december I’ll have a 5-star 6-pack. All and all keep up the good-work and keep pumping the iron.

    I love supersets, especially doing isolations first and the right after do the mass movements next.
    Such as :
    for chest, i do flys( flat, decline, incline) and then press( free weights or machines )
    for legs, leg raise and then squat or leg press
    for back, i like to row and then deadlift( very tough, killer!)
    for shoulders, do all three shoulder lateral raises with light dumbells(front,side,back) and then press usually i do behind-the-neck press sitting down.
    and the arms, biceps first then triceps.
    well there you have it, that’s what like to do.
