Starting over

I should have written this yesterday November 25, 2011. Anyways I decided that I would get back to my fitness and the size I know I can be.. I will be blogging about each day and if I forget there will be two days in one. But yesterday I worked out for two hours. Today I will be doing pop Pilates so I'm excited and letting you guys join me on this journey. If you have any tips that will work my legs and arms with out weights let me know :)...
