self control

Does anyone have any tips on how to maintain self control? I'm trying to lose weight, again, and I'm having a hard time staying away from soda and sugary stuff, as well as the bad carbs. I've done it before but now nothing seems to be working. Can someone help?

    challenge urself , insult urself and humilate urself on how unfit u look . dont get me wrong , but it worled 4 me . create another personality within urself dats totaly negative to the face that ur fat and let it take over you . say u saw a soda bottle , tell urself how ugly u look being fat and how soda douesnt help at all . i was obese and trust me it works , now i am super slim good luck

    i have the same problem. you will be okay think about your goals and ask yourself is it worth it to be on the treadmill more burning those calories? and always keep your head up and try your best—judge yourself.

    Exercise is a good way to naturally suppress your appetite, and makes one feel good mentally. When I exercise, the rest seems easier. For tempting things, I would quit cold turkey. For example, i quit eating chocolate and now I don’t have to worry about calorie-dense chocolate candy bars.

    instead of having candy or ice cream or chocolate for dessert have some sweet fruit like strawberries or blueberries. they have all the sweetness u need and they r goo for u. dont ever put urself down. patience is key. yes it sux to have to wait for it but keep thinkin how goo u look after every workout. think how ur gonna look even better after the next one. Theres also a phrase going around that idk if uve heard it says nothing tastes as goo as skinny feels. idk bout skinny but i would def put as fit feels. personal preference. goo luck! you can do this!=]
