Has anyone ever legitimately thought or considered how strenuous of an activity pole dancing really is? And not to mention how fit it keeps you. I honestly think it's one of the best ways for a woman of any age (whos physically capable) to stay in shape. Not only does it help with your physique but it also helps with self confidence and being comfortable with your own body, not to mention it helps spice up your love life lol. I mean when someone hears the words pole dancing lately, they relate it to strippers.... I can't stand the stereotype of a stripper, someone who takes their clothes off for money (generally using a pole) and is usually a cracked out whore... I can honestly say that not all "strippers" are like that, don't get me wrong, some of the women that are strippers do have a drug problem but not all of them.
